• Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Institute of Architects

  The objective of AIA Pittsburgh, a chapter of the American Institute of Architects, is to improve, for society, the quality of the built environment by further raising the standards of architectural education, training and practice; fostering design excellence; and promoting the value of architectural services to the public.

• Pittsburgh Green Building Alliance

  The Green Building Alliance is a non-profit organization that integrates environmentally responsible—and high performance—design, construction and operating practices into the Greater Pittsburgh market. As a result, GBA enhances the human health, economic, environmental, and social value of new and existing development.

• Master Builders of Western Pennsylvania

  The aims of the MBA are to: establish and maintain high professional standards among contractors in the construction industry; promote and advance the building construction industry in Western PA; promote improved relations between private owners, public bodies, their architects or engineers and contractors; provide members and the general public with information on current trends and industry concerns; maintain a skilled workforce, by supporting industry-sponsored apprenticeship training programs; and advocate, foster and promote legislation impacting the building industry.
