(Effective February 2009)
Please be advised that there is a four (4) hour minimum each day.
The hourly rates for registration personnel are as follows:
Charged when personnel work more than 40 hours in a workweek. The workweek starts on the first day of work. The standard rate is 1½ times the base rate. Double time applies of personnel scheduled on national holidays.
For every 4 hours worked, there is a 10-minute break. A ½-hour paid lunch break is given for personnel scheduled over 5 hours. If personnel work over 9 hours, a second lunch break is scheduled. Breaks should not be scheduled concurrently.
At the end of the scheduled work time, the meeting planner will be asked to sign a time sheet verifying the registration hours. The meeting planner is given the yellow copy for recordkeeping purposes. Invoicing for hours worked will be sent to the planner after completion of the event.
Should the meeting planner decide to cancel registration personnel less than 48 hours prior to the time scheduled, a 4-hour minimum fee will be charged for each person scheduled. Any cancellations made on-site fall under this policy as well.
