From Holland to Pittsburgh: A Festival of Innovative Arts. The Distinctively Dutch Festival kicks off with the U.S. premiere of Anatomica by Dance Works Rotterdam at the Byham Theater on Feb. 18. The four-month festival features art, dance, technology and film presented in the cutting-edge, creative style at the core of Pittsburgh's remarkable cultural transformation.
The City of Bridges welcomes the City of Light with the Paris Festival presented by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra: three weekends in a row beginning April 27. Celebrating the musical life of the early 20th Century, Paris was the place to be for aspiring artists, poets and musicians. Concerts include works by French composers Debussy and Ravel, along with Stravinsky, de Falla and Gershwin who made Paris their creative home. Now home at magnificent Heinz Hall. "Bravo!"
Continue your connection to art with one-of-a-kind exhibitions at a variety of museums and galleries in the region.
